MSTN Group will continue to focus on the development and conversion of carbon dioxide capture technology. By 2025, it will optimize and implement multiple projects in pressure swing adsorption VPSA and phase change chemical absorption processes.

In order to solve the problem of CO2 absorption, MSTN has developed the CCUPlus technology for CO2 hydrogenation and multi production combined supply, which adopts a two-stage technical route and modular dismantling device to facilitate the implementation of engineering projects. In this technology, the one-way conversion rate of CO2 exceeds 45%, the total carbon conversion rate is higher than 99%, the product yield is higher, the catalyst stability is stronger, the chemical products are more diverse, and food grade CO2, synthesis gas, methanol, olefins, sustainable aviation fuel, etc. can be obtained.

 

 

 

 

InteligentEye® developed by MSTN has been successfully applied to multiple factory production lines, deeply integrating cutting-edge AI vision technology into industrial sites and injecting new momentum into the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.

 

 

 

 

MSTN (Jiangsu) deeply optimized the R&D, design, and manufacturing processes of graphene production lines and catalyst production lines to achieve productization and marketization of manufacturing.

 

 

 

 

SmartCmeta has independently developed multiple graphene application end products, achieving breakthroughs in new materials and applications.

 

 

 

 

MSTN (Tianjin) has successfully developed a new generation of DCO catalyst, which helps to achieve a new breakthrough in CO purification of sintering flue gas.
